The Bergen County Association of School Security Professionals is pleased to announce that we are co-sponsoring the Texas A & M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) training class entitled Enhanced Threat & Risk Assessment (Critical Asset Risk Management ) (MGT315) on April 17 and 18, 2019.  The class starts at 8:00AM.

This course helps participants learn how threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences determine risk, and are given an opportunity to practice the fundamentals of conducting vulnerability assessments by conducting on-site assessments of select local facilities. Additionally participants will identify potential mitigation measures associated with their findings and work together to develop and present a risk assessment report.  The training combines a combination of lecture, facilitated discussion, and group activities.
Dr. Raymond Gonzalez, the Superintendent of the Westwood Regional School District and a BCASSP member, has generously allowed us to hold the class in the Media Center of the Westwood Regional High School located at 701 Ridgewood Road, Township of Washington, NJ 07676.
